Norton House
We undertook this project in partnership with Tower Hamlets Community Housing in London. The project involved constructing a four bedroom dwelling from the undercroft of a tower block, a space which had previously been a challenging place to keep clean, safe and vandal free. Olli Construction Services transformed the area into a new domestic living space.
Schools
Team Olli, through many years of association with educational premises, carrying out maintenance and complete refurbishment apply Continuous Professional Development, notwithstanding stringent health and safety adherence within this sector. A company can never take too much care and planning when operating around children. We enjoy bringing new innovative ideas and products to this sector.
We recently completed part refurbishment of Chisenhale Primary School – to which the project completed within time and on budget. Also, our continuous links which schools direct such as Bishop Challoner Catholic Collegiate School which is growing to be one of the largest schools of its kind within the Westminster Diocese where we attend all their construction / maintenance requirements.
Measured Term Schedule of Rates
Team Olli have successfully re-tendered and been awarded a further fixed term for a Tower Hamlets based Housing Association, together with an MTC Contract for Tower Hamlets, Newham and Hackney based Housing association. The work is predominantly made up of the general maintenance, servicing and upkeep of pre-owned local authority housing stock ranging from a leaking tap to refurbishment of the complete block. This contract calls for reactive rapid site attendance within one hour to planned/predictive maintenance.
Commercial Gaming (High Street Outlets)
Our client, one of the largest in the sector has recently re-branded many of its 200 plus outlets. Our remit was complete overhaul re-branding of the premises frontage, interior refurbishment including air conditioning, electrics, carpeting and installation of disabled w.c’s bringing the premises up to DDA regulations. This project duration was a 50 week contract which finished on time and on budget. The area of works covered North West, Midlands and South East England.
Leisure Sector
We have 2 major clients testing the viability of “helpdesks” and have recently gone out to tender. As Olli Construction were the existing approved contractor we successfully tendered and were pleased to be awarded the Reactive /Predictive Maintenance proving the competitiveness of our pricing systems.
