Schools
A 2 year measured term contract with London Borough of Tower Hamlets, BATS team, carrying out reactive works, planned maintenance and cyclical painting works to 52 schools in the East London area.
Measured Term Maintenance Contracts
We are currently servicing for various clients within the London Area with contracts ranging from complete estate maintenance, void programmes with 24 hour key to key service.
Many of these term contracts are now being developed into a transparent partnering scheme making annual savings and a dividend for the customers.
New Build
We undertake new build projects each year. However, these are limited to a set percentage of our annual turnover due to the volatility of the market.
Through our prudent approach in this sector, we continue to efficiently and profitably engage in new build projects. We can offer an excellent architecture led design and build service.
Leisure Gaming Sector
Complete refurbishment of the interior of a bingo hall in Camden Town, consisting of redecorations, new carpets, refurbishment of the seating, new toilets, plumbing and lighting enhancements.
We have a 2 year Measured Term Reactive Maintenance Contractors for two leading brands of operators consisting of a wide variety of trades. These contracts benefit from a 24/7, 365 service.
We have a 1 year Annual Daywork and Materials Reactive Maintenance contract for a leading amusement arcade operator which involves refurbishment of 100+ outlets in the London area. We have had this contract renewed for the past 7 terms.
Casinos
Reactive, predictive, refurbishment programmes to 10+ London casinos.
Property Estates
General maintenance and building projects for the various properties of The Bedford Estates in Central London. These properties are Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, working on such exciting and historical pieces designed by Adams and Nash.
Health and Leisure Facilities
Carrying out day to day maintenance in various health and fitness centres. Our Managing Director Dean is an ex-professional sportsman. Having spent many hours in the gym environment, he is able to provide expert hands on knowledge in this sector.
We are using many new and innovative products particularly in wet areas, allowing remedial works to be carried out with no disruption or closing down of facilities.
NHS Primary Care Trusts
Undertaking day to day maintenance and refurbishment projects. We are currently working on 12 GP Practice Clinics in North London which involves the installation of new hygienic wash areas.
Refurbishment to the Estates Department in it relocation to Ivy House, Enfield.
Upgrade of technology and data systems including refurbishment to St Leonard's Hospital.
